Created by ClearWay MinnesotaSM, QUITPLAN® Services is one of the most comprehensive stop-smoking programs in the country. The programs provide options for tobacco users to get help, either over the phone, in person at a health center, or online. QUITPLAN® Services are available for free to Minnesotans whether they have health coverage or not.
